CONCRETE WALL PANELS

dade PANEL made of real concrete is a new generation of wall cladding for a wide range of applications. The only 15mm thick and relatively light panels are made of dade ROC high performance concrete and are suitable for planking traditional stud constructions (Rigips, OSB, Fermacell) but also for showers (sealing behind it on site) as well as kitchen back wall or oven cladding.

The dade design product portfolio is complemented by the 13mm thick FIRBRE C from RIEDER (Dade Design is exclusive dealer and has stock goods).

With the 15mm thin dade PANELS made of concrete, dade design has created a new generation of wall cladding for a variety of applications.

Planning issues – dade PANEL for individual design

The dade PANEL collection includes a variety of surface structures: from a herringbone pattern and board formwork, over Doka formwork and OSB, to graphic concrete. All panels can also be supplied in tailored sizes, individual colors and with graphic surfaces; There are no limits to your creativity. Click here for our practical examples.

The texture of the surfaces is subject to natural variation. Small pore and streak formations, minimal pores and color deviations or fine shrinkage cracks are not grounds for complaint, but – like knotholes and annual rings in wood – are part of the unique appearance of the material. Each piece of concrete is unique.

GRAPHIC CONCRETE BY DADE DESIGN

All panels are available in tailored sizes, individual colors and with graphic surfaces.

Craphic concrete

Works of art or photographs can be transferred to concrete with this technique. It is made possible by a special foil. The desired pattern or image is applied to the film with retarder. The concrete is poured onto the foil; the image is created by washing out the places where the retardation agent worked. At these points, the aggregate is exposed, while the non-printing areas are smooth.
