After 10 years of development work, we are consolidating with product portfolio of over 200 products (<a href=\"https:\/\/dade-design.com\/en\/concrete-worlds\/\">see world of concrete<\/a>) and we completed over 1700 orders, worldwide. This added more <a href=\"https:\/\/dade-design.com\/en\/designklassiker\/\">design classics<\/a> from Atelier Oi to the dade collection.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the <a href=\"https:\/\/dade-design.com\/en\/concrete-worlds\/kitchen\/kitchens\/\">dade MILANO<\/a> concrete kitchen was first presented to the world public at Il Salone in Milan. (Tortona)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Trust culture and part-time men<\/h3>\n<p>Credo<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Dade Design AG (Switzerland) and Dade Design GmbH (Austria) are still owned by the founders. We grow organically from our own strength, pay fair wages well above the collective labor agreement and live a <strong>#trust culture<\/strong>. dade design stands for real and honest handwork &#8211; as a stark contrast to today&#8217;s &#8220;Ikea age&#8221; where everything is mass-produced, standardized and computer-automated, and transported halfway around the world. We feed families, buy locally and produce CO2 neutral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZEBRA Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are a black and white company &#8211; meaning profit oriented and socially and eco-socially committed. The company Patagonia (sporting goods) is our role model.<\/p>\n<p>Appreciation, joy and trust characterize our cooperation. We work according to the principle; Everyone sees everything (in the company) and all employees have flexible working time models (part-time). Startups refer to this form of work as holocracy.
